I have run the business before I built the software. That is the whole difference.
I am Nakia Wright. Twenty years in business management, and most people who build software have never had to run the thing it is built for. I have. Payroll, stock, staff, cashflow, quality systems, marketing spend and the mess in the middle.
My background is corporate. I have worked at Holden and at Myofunctional Research Co. across Australia and the USA, in automotive, sales, corporate leadership and operations, quality systems management, practice management and marketing. Quality systems is where it clicked for me: the discipline of writing down how work actually happens, finding where it breaks, and designing the process that fixes it.
Then I went out on my own. I own and run businesses, and I run them on systems I designed and software I built. Not off the shelf tools bent into shape. The real thing, shaped around how the business actually operates.
So when you bring me a problem, I am not starting from a blank page and a list of questions. I have usually lived it, solved it in my own business, and I am handing you the version that already works.
I have carried the payroll
Twenty years of it. Corporate operations and leadership, then my own businesses. Memberships, rosters, staff pay, stock, suppliers, cashflow and the numbers that decide whether next month works. I know what a business owner is actually worried about because I am one.
Quality systems, applied to small business
This is the part I was trained in and the part most people skip. Map how the work really runs, find the break, design the process, then decide what should be software and what should not be software at all. The thinking always comes before the code.

Marketing, brand systems, campaign pages and event creative. Every tool I build ships looking like it belongs to your business, because a system nobody wants to open does not get used.
I build it and I run it
Member apps with billing, point of sale and inventory, ticketing, booking systems, portals, CRMs and AI assistants. All built by me, all live in real businesses every day, all on infrastructure I run and maintain.
